Exchange programs from a "hp12cState.bin" file to a Windows or ".tch" file Android emulator is possible

with the HP-12C emulator by Hewlett-Packard on Windows

with TouchRPN emulator on Androïd and online.

	the interface
	The PH12C interface allows to generate : either dumps from HP-12C source programs saved in *.TXT* or *.12C files* or HP-12C source programs in *.TXT* from DM12L dumps saved in file *.D12. The dumps are exchanged with the DM12L* using a *USB* cable and the *PuTTY* program . The various original calculators *Hewlett Packard, and the PX12C* unfortunately cannot communicate with a PC and exchange data, apart from updating firmware.
